Community Groups
At Mosaic, one way we measure our success is by our ability to connect people to one another in genuine, Biblical community. We have a mandate from God to establish His Kingdom through the unity of the Holy Spirit. Life Groups are the main context in which we build those connections.
In groups, we discuss real life and real life issues. In groups, we celebrate life's successes, as well as overcome life's challenges together. Group life is a safe and effectual setting in which we see Broken Lives Made Beautiful.
Practically speaking, there will never be a way for the staff or elders to personally minister to everyone who attends our church. That's why we place such a high premium on group life. It's how we create an ever-growing capacity to care for people at Mosaic.
